Our three ways to buy

  1. At the yard. Drive up, pick your totes off the row, pay at the shop. Walk-ins welcome during business hours. Bring a trailer or we'll load your pickup.
  2. Delivered via drop-trailer. Our preferred method for 10+ totes. We drop a trailer at your dock, you unload at your pace, we pick it up the next day.
  3. Freight via carrier partner. For loads under 10 units or customers outside the Carolinas, we ship via a vetted freight partner. Rates quoted with the order.

Grades and what they mean

Every tote on the lot is marked with one of these chalk codes. The code is the price.

  • A — Pressure-washed, pressure-tested, UN re-labeled, no visible cage damage. Valve replaced or verified.
  • B — Cleaned, functional, some cosmetic wear on cage or bottle. Valve may be original.
  • F — Food-grade (see food-grade page for specifics).
  • R — Rebottled (fresh HDPE inside a reused cage, see rebottled page).
  • X — As-is / project tote. Priced low, buyer cleans and inspects.

Quantity discounts

The posted price is per unit at quantity 1. The yard discounts scale like this:

  • Order of 5–9 totes: 5% off per unit
  • Order of 10–24 totes: 10% off per unit
  • Order of 25–49 totes: 15% off per unit + free drop-trailer inside 100 miles
  • Order of 50+: custom quote, typically 20% off and free drop-trailer to most of the southeast

Delivery timing

Drop-trailers across the Carolinas typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Pickup at the yard is same-day. Smaller freight orders outside the region are 3–7 business days depending on carrier routing.

Photos first

Every order ships after we send you photos of the actual totes you're getting. No mystery lots. If a tote doesn't match the photos, we swap it.

Warranty and satisfaction details

We stand behind what we sell. Here's what our guarantee covers for each grade:

  • A-grade totes: If the tote fails a pressure test at your facility within 30 days of delivery, we replace it free of charge including freight. This covers valve leaks, gasket failure, and any structural defect we missed during our reconditioning.
  • B-grade totes: Sold as-inspected with documented condition. If the tote is materially different from the photos we sent (e.g., we missed a crack), we swap it. Cosmetic wear is as-photographed and not grounds for return.
  • Food-grade totes: Full A-grade guarantee plus: if the previous-contents documentation we provided is inaccurate, we replace the tote and refund the price difference. We take chain-of-custody seriously.
  • Rebottled totes: 12-month warranty on the new HDPE bottle, 6-month warranty on valve hardware. See the rebottled page for full details.
  • X-grade (as-is) totes: No warranty. Sold for fabrication and project use only. You inspect before purchase (or we send photos). No returns.

Return policy (expanded)

  • Within 7 days of delivery: If a tote doesn't match the photos or description, contact us. We'll arrange a swap or a full refund including freight. No questions.
  • Within 30 days: If a tote develops a leak or structural failure under normal use, we replace it. You'll need to let us inspect the failed unit (photos are usually sufficient).
  • After 30 days: We evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Manufacturing defects that weren't visible at delivery are our responsibility. Damage from misuse, chemical incompatibility, or UV exposure is not.
  • Restocking: If you simply ordered too many and want to return unused totes, we accept returns of A-grade and food-grade totes in original condition within 14 days. A 10% restocking fee covers our re-inspection and re-inventory labor.

Payment terms

  • At the yard (walk-in): Cash, check, credit card, or ACH. Payment at time of pickup.
  • Delivered orders (new customers): Payment due at time of order, before shipment. We accept credit card, ACH, wire transfer, and company check.
  • Delivered orders (established accounts): Net 15 terms available after your third order. Net 30 available for fleet customers with established credit.
  • Large orders ($5,000+): 50% deposit at order, balance due on delivery. We can work with your AP process — just tell us what you need.
  • Fleet program: Monthly invoicing, net-of-returns and buy-backs. One clean invoice at the end of the month.
