What this site is

charlotteibctotes.com is the online presence of Charlotte IBC Totes, a used-IBC yard located at 4026 N Graham St, Charlotte, NC 28206. The site provides product information, service information, and a way to contact us.

Orders and quotes

Submissions through the form on this site are requests for quote, not binding orders. An order is binding when we confirm pricing and delivery in writing (email) and you accept in writing.

Prices shown on this site are indicative ranges. Actual prices depend on condition, quantity, and logistics and are confirmed at quote.

End-use responsibility

It is the purchaser's responsibility to verify that an IBC tote is suitable for its intended end use, including compatibility with the substance to be contained. We are happy to advise and will disclose what we know about each tote — but the final determination of fitness for purpose rests with the purchaser.

We strongly recommend third-party NSF/ANSI 61 review before any reused tote is used for human drinking water. We do not warrant used totes for potable water use without that review.

Returns and warranty

Totes that do not meet the grade we quoted can be returned or exchanged within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. We cover the return freight for grade errors. For change-of-mind returns, we will accept returns at our discretion minus inbound freight.

Our reconditioned totes carry a 12-month warranty against pressure-test failure for the specific service we identified in the quote. The warranty does not cover misuse, chemical incompatibility, or damage from handling.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from goods or services provided is limited to the amount actually paid for the specific goods or service in question. We do not accept liability for consequential losses or for use outside of the intended application agreed at purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County.
